Refund policy

Change of Mind

Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer returns for change of mind. If you do wish to exchange your items, we will provide a Honey & Elm store credit. Please email us at info@honeyandelm.com.au within 21 days of your purchase date with your order number and we will provide you with a return address. We will not cover the cost of return shipping for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Faulty Items

In the rare occurrence that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email us at info@honeyandelm.com.au . We will provide a return postage address for the item to be sent to. Once the item is received we will inspect the fault.  

If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement OR a full refund (once the item is returned). We will refund the cost of the return shipping.   

Sale Items

Sale / discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are found to be faulty. All sales for discounted stock is final so please take care to choose carefully.

Pre order Items 

Pre order items cannot be cancelled for a refund. If you wish to cancel your pre order, please email us at info@honeyandelm.com.au before your order is dispatched and we will provide you with a Honey & Elm store credit. If, for any reason, we anticipate delays with shipping out pre order items, we will be in touch with customers directly and refunds will be offered.
